The nose is enveloping with aromas of candied citrus, evolving towards lemon verbena leaves. On the palate, the wine is clean and reveals notes of red fruits-strawberries and raspberries. The wine is delicious, right up to the finely balanced finish, perfumed with a hint of pomelo.

The wine is fresh and energetic on entry to the palate where it shows a taut structure supported by a lovely backbone of white fruit and citrus peel. Mineral notes come to the fore before giving way to a very persistent finish, bringing both sweetness and salinity.
